  • The Philippines is experiencing one of the world’s worst measles outbreaks, with more than 33,000 cases since January.


  • The CDC reported that the measles outbreak in the United States has reached 880 cases.


  • Northwestern Medicine study finds that only half of children and adolescents in the United States have cholesterol levels in the ideal range.
